What is Conversion Rate Optimisation?

Often abbreviated to CRO, conversion rate optimisation is the process of improving a website so that more visitors become leads or customers.  This can be achieved by making changes to design, layout, copy or flow.

Through a variety of diagnostic methods including competitor analysis, UX research and data analytics it is possible to identify the weak points of a website that may be contributing to lower conversions. Be they store sales or uer engagement.
